Course of cooperation

Non-binding inquiry
The first step is sending a non-binding inquiry. The easiest way to do that is to fill out the request form . You can also contact us via e-mail info@bespo.cz or phone 730 961 997.
2.
Specification
Upon receiving the request, the specifications of the order sent by you are consulted if needed. After that, we will send you an approxiamte calculation
3.
Graphic design
When approving the offer, we will ask you to supply graphic elements (logos, icons, overall design, etc.) together with specifying their placement on the clothing. If you are not sure what to do, you can use our graphic services. Of course, there is always a possibility of complete of clothes design realisation by our graphic designers.
4.
Order confirmation
We send you the final price calculation together with the finished graphic design for your binding approval. In order to determine the sizes, there is a size chart available, or we can also supply sample sets of clothes.
(as this is custom clothing, we will require you to pay an advance deposit to our account)
5.
Manufacturing
Immediately after receiving the advance payment, your clothes go straight to production and we will inform you about the delivery date (4 - 6 weeks). The graphics from the designs are incorporated into cuts in selected sizes, the motifs are sublimated directly onto the fabric, and finally the clothes are hand-stitched to by our seamstresses.
6.
Finalization
During the production process, we will inform you about the status of the order and the specific date of its completion. Once the clothes are made and pass inspection, we will box it and ship it to the address you provide.
